Spoko AI operates as a SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription platform. All payments made for our subscription services are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription tiers including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused subscription time
- Change of mind or non-use of the service
- Duplicate purchases (please contact support immediately if this occurs)
2. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If a free trial is offered, you can explore our service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to make full use of any trial period to determine if our service meets your needs. Charges will only apply after the trial period ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
3. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:

- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current period ends
- No additional charges will be applied after cancellation
- There are no cancellation fees or penalties
3.2 How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your Spoko AI account
- Navigate to the Subscription page in your dashboard
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
- You will receive a confirmation email
4. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date:
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
- Monthly subscriptions renew every month on the same date
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 12 months on the same date
- You will be charged using your payment method on file
- Subscription prices may change with advance notice
5. What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You retain full access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier
- Your learning data, progress, and conversation history are preserved
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain Plus access
- Free tier limitations will apply (e.g., 5 min/day for Learning Mode and Practice Mode)
6. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. We may consider refunds or service credits in the following cases:
- Extended service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the service
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
- Service quality issues that we cannot resolve
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact our support team immediately at support@spokoai.com with a detailed explanation of your situation. Each case will be reviewed individually.
7. Payment Disputes
If you have any concerns about a charge or believe there has been a billing error, please contact us directly at support@spokoai.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account.
8. Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new pricing will take effect on your next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
